The annual Housing in London report is the evidence base for the Mayor’s housing policies, summarising key patterns and trends across a wide range of topics relevant to housing in the capital. The report informs the development of the Mayor’s London Housing Strategy.
The most recent Housing in London report was published in September 2019. Past editions of the report back to 2011 can be found on the Housing Analysis Datastore pages.
Housing in London 2019 includes sections on London Housing Strategy monitoring and key statistics for London boroughs. The report is divided into six core thematic chapters:
